Below is a super simple tutorial for a monogrammed roller shade.
Monogramming the shade gives a custom designer look for a fraction of the cost of a custom shade!
Materials:
White Roller Shade
Black Felt
Sewing Scissors or an Exacto Knife
Printer and Printer Paper
Spray Mount
Measuring tape
Pencil
Tutorial
1. Go on line and search for monogram previews
2. Type the initials you want and preview it
3. Take a screenshot
4. Import the screenshot into Microsoft Word

5. Blow it up to the size you want, and print it
6. Cut the letters out
7. Spray mount the FRONT on the paper letters and press them on to your felt

8. Carefully cut out the letters and design of your choice
9. Measure the center of your shade and lightly mark with a pencil
10. Spraymount your letters and design to the center of the roller shade.
11. Mount Rollershade to your window and enjoy your beautiful new shade!
You could also achieve this look with a stencil and paint!
